We are a headhunting firm specialized in financial services and real estate. We support our clients in recruiting experts or senior executives in Paris, in the region and across Europe.

In France we focus on the real estate industry, including Real Estate Private Equity: funds, REITs, OPCI/SCPI management companies, real estate departments of banks and insurance companies, family offices and private banks. We recruit developers or project managers across all asset classes, including offices, logistics, retail, housing (including social housing), healthcare, hospitality, infrastructure, and the public sector. We provide real estate services such as asset and property managers, banks of structured finance, and advisory services (brokers, M&A, lawyers, experts). We work with real estate users such as real estate directors and retailers. Internationally, we have partnerships with specialized real estate search firms: Ferguson & Partners (London, United States and Asia), Kollmannsperger (Germany), Escalier International (Netherlands). For searches in Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Belgium, we directly handle them with Haussmann Executive Search, with consultants of international profiles.

We operate nationally and internationally, with activity in France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States.
