We are Heinrichs & Storp Personal- und Unternehmensberatung, a self-employed staffing and recruitment consultancy operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Haar, Germany.

Our purpose is to address the challenge of long-term and strategic personnel planning. We help organizations move beyond reactive filling of vacancies by anticipating key vacancies and attracting qualified candidates.

We work with you over the long term in the search, selection, and hiring of qualified talents. We leverage a broad network and 25 years of experience in leadership positions to access qualified candidates. We understand the challenges and needs of both sides and know how to connect them effectively.

Our specialties include headhunting, recruiting, tourism, healthcare, and services, as well as personnel consulting, management consulting, sales, building sales teams, sales strategy, corporate culture, leadership, and active sourcing.

We operate in Germany and Austria. We are headquartered in Haar, Germany, and we have a presence in Klagenfurt, Austria.
