We are HoTJobs! Indonesia, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Badung, Indonesia.

We provide an online application that runs on Android and iOS platforms to bridge job seekers and employers in the hospitality and tourism industry. We assist hotels, villas and resorts to selectively recruit well-skilled and high-integrity casual or daily workers through our HoTJobs! Hotel App. We help hotels switch salary and wages costs from fixed to variable costs, with reference to occupancy or events. We strive to ensure that hotel job seekers receive reasonably fair remuneration based on their skill, working hours and reputation by endorsing their qualifications in the HoTJobs! apps. Job seekers can determine their own daily wages and available time.

We deliver these services through our mobile application, the HoTJobs! Hotel App, and we facilitate connections between job seekers and employers in the hospitality and tourism industry. We also endorse qualifications within the HoTJobs! apps to reflect skill and experience.
