We are in formação | INRH - Consultadoria em Recursos Humanos, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal.

Our opening principles include a motto: “We cannot predict the future... but we can build it.” Our passion is people, because what makes a difference are the people. Our vision is to provide an excellent service, tailored to the real needs of our clients, focused on people and for people, and we aim to continue as a reference in the change and development of organizations. Our mission is to empower the development of people and organizations, actively supporting our partners in the strategic management of their human resources, through projects of consulting, training, qualification, and maximizing the value of human capital. We are certified by DGERT – Direção Geral do Emprego e das Relações de Trabalho – as a training entity.

We combine competence and rigor in a team with recognized experience in the management and development of people and organizations.
