We are Informica Solutions, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Hyderabad, India.

We are committed to filling the void beyond resumes and requisitions. We work to discover talent in a scientific manner and to identify the success factors that influence productivity in a timely way, which is usually overlooked by most businesses. We are currently collaborating with industry experts to build a product to simplify talent tracking and hiring data and convert it into information to share with customers.

We work with selected businesses (IT and Non IT) to headhunt talents based on extensive scientific research using descriptive statistics, cross tabulation, regression, predictive analytics, and leading indicators (to be patented with Intellectual Property of India). We partner with you to cater not only to your recruitment needs, but also to assist you with your HR processes and to redesign the entire Human Capital Landscape.
