We are IntoJob Oy, operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Kaarina, Finland.

We serve corporate clients in the Turku region with a range of employment and growth-related projects, and we provide our clients with the tools and support to grow and maintain their operations. Our purpose is to enable our clients to focus on their core activities, while we carry out the services in which we specialize, thereby supporting their objectives.

Our slogan, 'Työ on Tekoja' (Work is Action), guides all of our work. We specialize in direct recruitment, primarily sourcing employees for client companies for permanent positions. We have strong networks with companies in the Turku region and Southwest Finland, which rely on our services. We value discretion for both corporate clients and candidates, and we perform many 'silent searches' for corporate clients when public job postings or direct contact with candidates is not appropriate. We also respect each candidate's preferences when exploring quiet career options.
