iPlace is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

We work to support our clients by delivering HR services that meet international standards of quality and service. For our clients, we provide Recruitment (selection of Specialists, Middle Managers, and Senior Executives), Training & Development (Soft skills), and Outplacement. For candidates, we provide Career counselling/Career development and Soft skills development/Training. We assess candidates according to international standards and use business-case systems, Star, Disc, Hogan, etc., giving assignments to test hard and soft skills. We specialize in the following areas: Finance and Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Logistics and Procurement, HR and Administrative Staff, IT. We cover sectors including FMCG, Retail, Fashion/Luxury, B2B, Production, Automotive, and Pharmaceutical. We are prioritizing finding the right candidate as soon as possible. We deliver our services through a structured, process-oriented approach. We combine candidate assessment against international standards with practical testing using business-case style exercises to evaluate both hard and soft skills. We apply our recruitment activity to identify Specialists, Middle Managers, and Senior Executives, and we provide Training & Development (Soft skills) and Outplacement services for our clients as needed.

We operate in Russia and internationally, with a presence in Spain, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, and Turkey.
