We are JMCun 基摩村, a privately held company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Shanghai, China.

We provide a headhunter exchange platform in China that connects employers and headhunters, helping to streamline the recruitment experience by enabling direct interaction on the platform. Employers can send recruitment needs to multiple headhunters and select partners based on their past performance. We have also opened a service channel for overseas headhunters to assist Chinese enterprises with global senior talent recruitment.
