JOBS海归. We are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Shenzhen, China.

We are a spin off of Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Returnees Association (SZOCRA). We focus on helping overseas returnees find suitable opportunities and vice versa. Since 2015 we have cooperated with the State Bureau of Foreign Affairs' CIEP (Conference on International Exchange of Professionals) in Shenzhen, and we host our Overseas Returnees Career Fair. We have expanded to Shanghai and Beijing, with the Shenzhen fair attracting more than 10,000 overseas returnee talents, and around 1,000 attendees in Shanghai and 1,000 in Beijing at each event. In 2018, we launched Jobshaigui.com, an online career platform dedicated to high-quality overseas returnee talent.

We deliver our services by connecting overseas returnees with suitable opportunities and by facilitating interactions with employers. We host overseas returnee career fairs and have expanded beyond Shenzhen to Shanghai and Beijing.

We operate in China, with activities in Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Beijing.
