Keio career is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Minato City, Japan.

We specialize in career transition support for graduates of Keio University. Keio alumni are welcome to follow us. We conduct more than 1,000 interviews with Keio graduates each year, gaining deep insights into their careers and tailoring recommendations to each individual's experience and goals. We use our relationships with human resources professionals, recruiters, and executives connected to Keio University to present unpublished job opportunities, including options such as remote work, cross‑industry moves, and salary increases tailored to the candidate's preferences. Because many of our recruiters are Keio University graduates, we offer reassurance through shared background and familiarity in consultations. We also provide pre‑interview support through our strong connections with the Sandaikai network.

From inquiries to placement, our approach is structured to support candidates at every step.
