KTA Associates is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1995 and are headquartered in Mumbai, India.

We are a founder member of Tinzon, a global retained executive search firm, with offices across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to this we were part of the 8th largest International Retained Executive Search group in the world. We handle mid to senior level search assignments across all industry segments, including energy, industrial, legal, life science and automotive. We also provide management consultancy, HR consultancy and retail consultancy services to our clients, as well as soft skill training and cross-cultural training.

We deliver these services through retained search engagements and consultancy and training offerings to clients across multiple industries.
