Kymppi Service Oy We are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Laitila, Finland.

Our basic premise is to bring a fresh perspective to the industry. We bring together the needs and expectations of employees and employers as effectively as possible. We believe that good collaboration is the foundation of everything.

We have long experience in the industry and have seen the good and bad sides of staffing. From this, we developed the idea to highlight the positives and address the negatives. We see a clear market opportunity in this approach. We do not offer ordinary solutions. We strive to meet high standards for both employers and employees.
