Leader's Way

We are Leader's Way, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

We provide the full cycle for filling vacancies, from preparing the job description and planning the search to reaching out to candidates, analyzing resumes, and coordinating interviews and presenting candidates' work experience to the client. We also collect references upon client request.

We work promptly, with candidates appearing within about two weeks. We aim to cover the maximum possible pool of candidates and maintain objectivity in the search. We place weight on evaluating not only professional achievements but also reputation and personal aspects of candidates, through professional interviews, knowledge of the market, and understanding of corporate environments.

We offer recruitment services, including executive and middle-management recruitment.

We operate within Russia, serving large and medium companies on the Russian market.

We have built a good reputation among clients.
