Liberty Staffing Services Inc., we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Guelph, Canada.

Our mission is to provide uncompromising, personalized, flexible staffing through an efficient and affordable delivery system. We aim to continuously improve client and assignment employee satisfaction, while providing a learning environment for our internal employees.

We provide customized, flexible and permanent staffing for industrial and office-based businesses. We offer five delivery systems for staffing: Temporary, Temporary to Permanent, Permanent Recruitment, Management Fee, and On-Site Management.

We operate across Southern Ontario, with locations in Guelph, Kitchener, Cambridge, London, Stratford and Woodstock.
