Maandag® Poland is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Wroclaw, Poland.

We are based in Wroclaw and focus on providing IT talent and building IT nearshoring teams in Poland for companies around the world. Our mission is to change the IT job market by looking at people through their skills and personalities. Thanks to professionalism and an innovative approach, we change the labor market by matching the right candidate for the right position.

We are part of a Dutch company operating in multiple countries, with a network of offices in the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium and Sweden. Our English and German speaking IT developers support our clients remotely in the scope of backend, frontend, testing and mobile.

We provide IT recruiting, HR, Human Resources Services, C-level Recruiting, HR Consulting, Executive Recruiting, and Staffing.

We operate internationally with a presence in the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium and Sweden.

Wroclaw is also home to our internal software house, which helps enterprises with digital transformations and startups with translating ideas into products.
