MANAGERIA (HR - Food sector) is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1990 and are headquartered in Paris, France.

We are a human resources and recruitment consulting company specializing in the food business and the life sciences. We operate in France and internationally, with nearly 30% of our assignments for clients based abroad or for French SMEs and groups operating in export. We work along the supply chain with all the actors from agri-supplies to mass-market distribution, and we focus on food intermediary products such as functional and nutraceutical ingredients, aromas, technology, process and packaging, while developing activity in cosmetics, environment and biotechnologies. We are a founding member of the first and unique international network of recruitment consultancy companies. IFR-A, International Food Recruitment Alliance, is now established in France, Germany, The Netherlands, Denmark, Poland and The United Kingdom, with partners and relationships in more than 20 other countries on all continents.

We deliver our services in France and abroad by adapting to each market and client needs. We engage in assignments across the channel from agri-supplies to mass-market distribution, using direct approach and headhunting techniques, supported by assessment and advisory services to support our clients and candidates.
