Mankind International (Pvt) Ltd is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1978 and are headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

We exclusively represent the MIL Holdings Ltd corporate brand, which includes six independent and diversified entities. We cater solely to search, sourcing and placement of staff to a wide range of businesses both locally and overseas.

We bring over 40 years of hands-on experience in working with local and overseas companies, and we provide a professional and personalized service that meets the needs of both candidates and clients. Each of our companies is served by its own team of courteous and friendly experts in recruitment, headhunting and outsourcing. In addition to traditional methods of finding the right candidate, we work with associate recruitment offices overseas to ensure a wider pool of staff for senior, technical and specialized positions.
