We are McKinnon Targeted Recruiters, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1992 and are headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

We have developed relationships with many companies across North America. Our objective is to find the optimum candidate available to the market for our clients. To accomplish this we identify both active and passive candidates using our candidate database, advertising, online sourcing, and proactive headhunting. Accessing a wider talent pool ensures that our clients gain access to highly suitable candidates and this allows our clients to make more suitable hires. Our extensive preliminary work typically enables our clients to make a selection after interviewing no more than three to four candidates. Particular attention is given to the needs and goals of all candidates that we work with. We are attentive to the applicant’s values and beliefs to ensure that they are aligned with those of the employers we introduce them to. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of our business.
