MENTORs is a self-employed organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Medellín, Colombia.

We are a team of professionals with expertise in the dynamics of the contemporary labor market, combining knowledge and skills to guide companies and professionals in the successful closing of employment cycles.

Our Jobhunting service uses proven methodologies for management and communication that, in addition to facilitating self-knowledge, enhance the verbal, bodily, and written dimensions of professionals who are actively seeking work.

In this space, profiles of people with experience in different areas are shared. These candidates have been evaluated by professionals in the field of organizational talent and are actively seeking employment or opportunities as independent professionals.

If interested in the profiles, they can contact us privately, and we can share the report of their references, the results of an English proficiency test, the results of a psychometric test that defines their most outstanding personality traits, and the report of a competency-based interview conducted by professionals with a Master’s in Organizational Talent.
