MyGig is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Nicosia, Cyprus.

We are a Russian startup that Uberizes the HR sphere. Our clients include startups, large retail networks, and restaurants who use our convenient system to hire staff for one-off and regular part-time work.

We deliver this through a platform that forms an ecosystem where employers can easily and smoothly find frontline staff. Recruiters create a request on the platform, mark on the map where there is a shortage, specify requirements, set pay, and publish opportunities. Performers view new offers in the app, study them, book the shift, and arrive at the required time. After the shift, performers receive payment promptly into their app accounts and can withdraw it immediately. Automation, speed and transparency at minimal costs.
