We are MyWay Spain, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We are headquartered in Madrid, Spain.

We arose from a market need, and from people with a story that defines them, people who have a clear path. We are a group of independent professionals with more than 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing, who joined to create a different way of working, because large structures and fixed employment have become obsolete. The objective is to create a format that is more flexible, more agile but above all more efficient. We aim on one hand to help companies adapt resources to each project, and on the other to enable professionals with extensive experience in the network to offer you their talent.
