We are Nanny & Butler, a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in London.

We are a global search consultancy focused on the placement of childcare, households and estates, yacht and family office staff worldwide. We provide a complete bespoke service, offering placements that match personal requirements. We select candidates such as nannies, rota nannies, bilingual nannies, special needs nannies, Norland nannies, governesses, maternity nurses and tutors. We can also provide personal assistants, security and yacht staff. We provide carefully vetted and interviewed candidates to meet high standards. We discuss needs with clients and provide advice and assistance throughout the recruitment process, as well as continued support after a placement is made.

We deliver our services by discussing needs with clients, conducting searches, and selecting and presenting candidates who meet the requirements. We support the recruitment process through placement and post-placement assistance.
