NAV Innlandet is a government agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Hamar, Norway.

We focus on work, inclusion, and managing sickness absence. We have market coordinators in every region who can find the competencies you need. We know local conditions and can provide individually tailored services, all at no cost. We offer recruitment locally, regionally, and nationally to various industries; we identify suitable candidates for recruitment and inclusion; we can enter a recruitment agreement with your business; we can assist with recruiting labor from Europe when there is not qualified labor in Norway. We arrange various job fairs and breakfast meetings with the business community and can tailor arrangements for your company if you have larger recruitment needs. We have subsidies, job training, and workplace accommodations that can be relevant if your company wants to give new job seekers a chance to enter work and who need increased competence and qualification. We can contribute wage compensation and help to adapt the workplace.
