We are nuuLINK, a privately held company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We are headquartered in Singapore, Singapore.

We operate a marketplace for project and PMO skilled workers from any industry. Skilled candidates advertise their skills, experience, and availability, while managers can post jobs or browse directly to find candidates to fill their immediate needs. We built nuuLINK around providing a solution to these problems: quickly forming teams for major projects and helping PMO professionals find their next opportunities. COVID-19 has shifted the paradigm for project work, moving teams toward flexible work-from-home practices. We know now that it is possible to operate with a virtual project or PMO and that there are real benefits, including savings on office space and travel, and that team members value the work-life balance they have experienced. We are in the process of building the new normal, and having legitimized WFH as a valid way to run a project, many new possibilities are now feasible.

Having recognized these shifts, we see an opportunity for pmoWORX and a new way of staffing projects and PMO teams. We have brought the 'Gig Economy' to the project world with our online project marketplace. We deliver our services through our online project marketplace, enabling rapid hiring for peaks, specialists for after-hours or weekend tasks, and a follow-the-sun approach so that teams in different time zones can work seamlessly. We support skilled PM workers to choose their availability and, in some cases, to support multiple project clients whose needs do not require full-time engagement.
