Office Select BV is a self-owned recruitment company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Utrecht, Netherlands.

We specialize in recruitment and selection, temporary staffing, and secondment for office roles, including junior recruiters, sourcers, internal and field sales, administrative staff, service desks, help desks, marketing assistants, management assistants, personal assistants, and other common support functions. We work exclusively and transparently, providing hiring managers with real-time insight into the recruitment process.

We work with native and non-native speakers. Our team is multilingual, and there is talent in Europe prepared to learn Dutch to contribute to Dutch society. For organizations with multiple vacancies and a need for an interim corporate recruiter, we offer a flexible solution. We can deploy junior, mid-level, and senior candidates within two business days. If your internal corporate recruiters have insufficient capacity for proactive sourcing, we offer sourcing services on a fixed monthly price. We work with a team of experienced remote recruiters, each with their own specialization, to effectively respond to the current tight labor market. We also offer a sourcing traineeship for aspiring professionals with the right competencies, drive and entrepreneurship. We can provide a sourcer exclusively for your organization.
