Over the Bumps

We are Over the Bumps, a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Milano, Italy.

Our mission is to motivate people, transfer skills and turn them into performance. We design customized training for individuals and managerial training for both multinational companies and small and medium-sized enterprises, working with HR managers and managerial teams. Listening, dynamism, collaboration and professionalism are the values that support our actions.

We deliver our services with a structured approach that includes customized training for individuals and managerial development, supported by assessment sessions to evaluate competencies and potential. We facilitate experiential teambuilding with sports themes (such as fencing and rugby), orienteering, team cooking and theatre-based techniques. We also provide organizational consulting to redesign and streamline processes and organize corporate events, including start-ups and promotional launches, tailored to our clients’ needs. We work with all populations present in organizations and structure coaching and team coaching pathways using sport or traditional methodologies. We place the utmost attention on every project to achieve the highest quality in training and development.
