PAMA CONSULTING

We are Pama Consulting, a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Parma, Italy.

We offer a range of integrated services for human resources management across diverse organizations: personnel selection, executive search, and head hunting; training; and corporate consulting, including climate and organizational culture, assessments, coaching, and remuneration plans. We maintain continuously updated theoretical and practical knowledge drawn from experiences in companies of varying sizes and sectors, both national and multinational.

We emphasize a flexible method that is tailored to the client’s specific needs: the organization should not have to adapt to the consulting activity, but the consulting process should fit into the client’s context to understand it, analyze it, and, together with those responsible, seek the best path to achieve the maximum result and activate the real change process.
