Phoenix Education

We are Phoenix Education, an educational organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

We solve business challenges through education by finding and training interns, and we regularly work with companies such as Yandex, Ingosstrakh, MTS, and IBM. We train in digital transformation and last year implemented the Flagships program for 300 people for Gazprombank. We launched MADE, an accelerator for product managers, for 100 participants in collaboration with Mail.ru and VK.

We deliver these programs through a process that identifies and trains interns, provides digital transformation education, and operates accelerators for product managers.
