Polaris Maritime Services Ltd is a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry, and we were founded in 1991 with headquarters in Szczecin, Poland.

From the beginning, we have aimed to be a one-stop agent, providing all necessary assistance for our clients. Our service starts from sourcing candidates through training and certification arrangements up to bringing seafarers directly to the gangway of the vessel and payroll. We launched a full crew management service in recent years and hold national MLC certificates and the LRQA ISO 9001:2015 certificate since 1996.

We adopt a tailor-made approach according to business needs and service preferences, recognizing that our clients seek tailored solutions matching their current crewing situations. Our full crew management solution can meet this specialist niche. We see demand for Polish seafarers employed in Poland based on Polish payroll, and we prepared such a solution for Polish seafarers working on Belgium and other EU-flagged vessels, with A1 forms issued in Poland or Cyprus for Cypriot-flagged vessels. We maintain payroll and crew travel services, including Polish payroll and Cyprus payroll, to support our clients.
