Process is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, and we were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Dilbeek, Belgium.

We are a project staffing agency based in Brussels that operates in the IT and Financial sectors by bringing together companies and specialists in a transparent recruitment process. We aim to exceed customer expectations by attracting optimum IT and Finance specialists seeking new challenges and projects for intermediate and final customers. The name Process represents our way of working.

Made up of real recruitment specialists, we offer a human-oriented qualitative approach. We offer a tailored, made-to-measure plan for each recruitment process with several distinct steps, and we stick to it to optimize time, cost and quality.

We operate in Belgium.
