We are PROFILLER.NET, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.

We provide quality recruitment by testing candidates' knowledge and skills. The testing is objective, fast and efficient, and the result is to find people who fit the job. This approach reduces the number of resumes in the recruiter's mail, while ensuring the right ones are identified. Testing is a mandatory stage for each candidate applying for a job; the test questions are drawn up by the recruiter based on the job needs. If a candidate fails to achieve a minimum score, their resume does not belong there and they will not be invited to the interview. We aim to be efficient, objective and transparent.

We focus on brains, not looks. Candidates distinguish themselves by skills and professional experience. We provide candidates with this tool for research, exploration and effective identification of jobs matching their profile, and for objective self-assessment. Current employees may be evaluated and re-evaluated: companies can do tests to assess internal skills and can advertise newly established jobs internally.
