PyM - iNTERNATIONAL we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in San Jose, Costa Rica.

We work without borders in the Americas, leveraging close liaisons with several specialized companies in multiple sectors and industries, and we maintain our own network that makes it easier to identify and place leaders in any sector. One of our advantages over other headhunting firms is that the majority of these companies charge high fees before starting a search, while we work based on results. This means that the service is paid only after the selected candidate has accepted the proposal and is ready to begin the new work challenge. Another difference and competitive advantage over other firms is the service level we offer, as it goes hand in hand with the candidates’ quality, efficiency and swiftness of the solutions provided. Part of our success in attracting talent is locating the exact candidates that are needed, in the place required and in the urgency of the request (regardless if the candidates are in a period of active search or not). All of the services dedicated to candidates, such as guidance through the selection process, interviews, coaching, advice on mobilizations/relocations/geographic transfers, etc. are completely free of charge. Although our headquarters are located in Central America, we cover all industries and areas in North, Central and South America. Regarding functions, we have experience from operational levels to senior positions and high level executives.
