Quest Recruitment B.V. is a self-owned recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

We specialize in the recruitment and selection of finance professionals at MBO+, HBO and WO levels for permanent and temporary positions, from entry level to director level. We devote time and energy to finding the ultimate match between candidate and client, including thorough conversations with both parties to ensure the right match for a long-term collaboration. We focus on candidates with study backgrounds in Business Economics, Accounting, Controlling, Auditing, Financial Economics and Tax Law/Economics, and we also work with candidates with post-WO studies such as Register Accountants (RA) or Register Controllers (RC). Our clients are companies in the SME segment, family businesses, large national organizations and multinationals across diverse sectors such as chemistry, manufacturing, logistics, maritime and pharmaceuticals. We also have a warm network within accounting and tax advisory offices.
