We are a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.

Operating under the motto "Technological Human," we provide services to more than 1,000 institutions across diverse sectors. We count 150 organizations among Turkey's top 500 companies and work with 40 different holdings, offering numerous reference projects. In April 2015, we began developing the Personnel Incentive Systems (PTS) software to help companies access incentives accurately and completely. To safeguard the information of the companies we serve, we have obtained ISO 27001 certification and protect their data with encrypted systems. We pursue activities in SGK and İŞKUR incentives, corporate SGK consulting, payroll, IT law, KVKK awareness training, data security and technology, Intensive Care Unit Information Management System, and e-commerce. We also continue export efforts, particularly toward the United States and Europe.

We deliver services through our digital infrastructure and a client-centered approach that combines software-enabled incentives management with advisory support. We offer a free pilot program to begin incentive calculations for client companies, and we maintain data security through ISO 27001 certification and encrypted data handling.
