Recharged_Me is a self-employed organization operating in the human resources industry, and we are headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.

What good is quick success if it is followed by burnout? We help prevent that by avoiding less effective organizational and individual routines that exhaust reserves. We plan processes with our clients anew and apply our methods to help them achieve sustainable business and personal results. We support both existing and new clients by keeping leadership readiness and tools up to date so that they achieve long-term sustainable outcomes.

In the current COVID-19 environment, this is even more important, as Hungarian leaders have limited experience managing home-based workers. The rapid introduction of remote work without preparation created urgency to learn new skills and tools, because only those companies that can effectively direct and motivate home-based employees will remain capable. After the pandemic, their processes and leadership tools will need to be placed on a completely new foundation, as significantly fewer resources will be available to restart operational activities.
