Rockstar Selection® - Middle East Recruitment boutique is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We are an executive search and talent acquisition firm with 20 years of experience specialized in the Management, Strategy & Technology Consulting space. From our Dubai office we serve the Middle East and GCC markets, focusing on Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. We excel in director, partner and executive mandates, and we provide Saudi nationals and exceptional talent to support growth targets in Saudi Arabia.

Our approach de-risks recruitment for our clients by aligning metrics with hiring outcomes. We convert seven CVs to one hire, and with close partnerships, four CVs per placement. We often act as the sole supplier or the preferred agency for our clients. We specialise in providing the top 10% of talent to the Saudi market.
