We are SalesGate AG, a public company operating in the professional training and coaching industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Zürich, Switzerland.

We develop sales holistically—people, systems, and impact. For us, sales is not a puzzle of individual measures, but an interconnected system. Recruiting, preboarding, onboarding and training interlock like gears, creating sustainable performance rather than short-term bursts. Our mission is to think of sales not as an event, but as a line. We empower people, build structures, and measurably increase performance.

Educruiting means we find talents and make them effective—with training, AI-assisted conversation simulations, and practical preparation. Trinity Learning & STaaS (Sales Training as a Service) strengthen existing teams through modular training, microlearning, and practice-oriented sales sprints—from onboarding to strategic sales leadership. We work across disciplines including sales, education, coaching, recruiting and management, with AI talent management, online learning, and application coaching for B2B and B2C contexts.

We operate in Austria, Switzerland, and Germany, with offices in Zurich, Vienna, Graz, Klagenfurt, Munich, and Stuttgart.
