Spencer Lennox, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

We operate retained and contingency recruitment solutions, and recruit for law firms and companies at all stages of their evolution. Our clients range from start-ups to multinationals, and from boutique specialist law firms to domestic and international legal brands operating in Ireland. We have worked with many of our clients for more than a decade, and we leverage that knowledge to help talented legal professionals secure their perfect job.

Our talent reach is global, and we have extensive experience migrating legal talent to Ireland from other Common Law jurisdictions—in particular from the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa, as well as from offshore.
