After two internal rounds, there is a telephone interview and then personal conversations with the final candidates, whom we thoroughly and professionally screen for knowledge, experience, personality, and distinctive traits. No candidate goes to interview with the client before we have spoken to him or her personally. We know the final candidates well and guide them.
