We are Stiek, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Alkmaar, Netherlands.

Our mission is to connect professionals with suitably matched organizations, and vice versa. We maintain a large network in the technical sector and we regularly engage with clients who rely on us to provide skilled workers. We pursue this with consistent energy.

We focus on developing talent and on helping individuals consider their long-term ambitions. We combine enthusiasm with Noord-Holland pragmatism to guide decisions.

Our specialties include recruitment and selection, temporary staffing, installation technology, machine construction, ICT, process technology, recruitment, personnel development, and payrolling.

We operate in the Netherlands, with offices in Alkmaar and Zwolle.
