We are StrategicPeople SRL, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We own the StrategicPeople and SalesPeople brands and recently merged with TIM Management Srl, a company with 35 years of activity in Interim Management in Italy and part of the Wil Group global network. In a fragmented market with numerous firms offering organizational, financial, and personnel consulting in Italy, the new group has an aggregated turnover forecast for 2022 of about 6 million euros and is strengthened by the experience of the two entities. Our objective is to offer entrepreneurs and managers a wide range of organizational and business consulting services, thanks to the strong competencies of the two entities.

To deliver our services, we leverage the synergies and relationships between the two entities to provide a complete range of organizational and business consulting services, drawing on the combined expertise in recruitment, interim management, and related advisory areas.
