We are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1976 and are headquartered in Zwijndrecht, Netherlands.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between supply and demand in the technical labor market. We excel in creating the perfect match between companies and highly skilled (freelance) specialists, whether for short- or long-term assignments, or temp-to-perm arrangements. People are at the heart of our approach, which is why we prioritize personal connections.

Since 1976, we’ve been delivering comprehensive technical solutions for both businesses and government bodies. Whether it's construction, maintenance, or shutdowns of industrial installations, we provide the expertise needed to ensure success.

Our specialties include Process and Project Management; Advisory services for private and public clients; Technical services; Industrial support; Safety support; Aerospace support; Secondment; Recruitment and Selection (W&S); Recruitment; and Talent management.

We contribute to technical projects across the Netherlands and beyond. Most of our projects are based in South Holland (Port of Rotterdam), Zeeland, North Brabant (Port of Moerdijk), and Belgium (Port of Antwerp). Since 2022, we have been part of Copus Group, an HR specialist operating in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.
