Success Booster — we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Pune, India.

We are a start-up and a recruitment consulting boutique specializing in the information technology sector. We specialize in permanent and lateral hiring.

We describe our approach to candidate evaluation and delivery. We screen resumes through three rounds: first with the recruiter, then with the lead or senior recruiter, and finally through a general discussion with our Key Accounts Manager. This discussion helps us understand the genuineness of a candidate. Our first batch of screened resumes reaches the client mailbox within 240 minutes of receiving the position.

We follow an 'Account Management Model' wherein a senior consultant takes responsibility for your account and pulls in specialist resources from within our organization to attract suitable talent.

We set up a solutions team at leadership level as part of go-to-market efforts for an IT product development firm. We set up an entire e-commerce team for a captive retail client (from head to trainee SE) from scratch. We set up the entire team for a service desk for a retail giant.

We provide quick turnaround on open positions, volume recruitment with strict quality parameters, management consulting, senior mandates, niche skills, and we arrange and conduct large-scale hiring events for volume hiring, as well as supporting large-volume lateral recruitment through regular events at multiple locations.

We operate in India with locations in Pune, Bangalore, and Nashik.
