We are Switch to Eleven, a privately held organisation operating in the Human Resources industry. We are headquartered in Koper, Slovenia.

We are dedicated to helping organisations implement new ways of working to support individuals and teams, achieving high performance through self-management and customer-centricity. We believe that every person holds a certain potential to contribute to the world. We enable organisations to adapt and transition to new ways of working and find the most suitable ways of working for them in this dynamic world.

We shape the future of work using principles of self-management, agile, psychology and workshops based on scientific research and neurology. Our purpose is to help spread the revolution in the way we collaborate, communicate and better the world. Our products include Agile transformation, Agile marketing, Sprint process implementation with Scrum Master guidance, Workshop facilitation, Design Sprint, Product Sprints and Strategy Sprints, Self-management and progressive transformations. Training programs include Agile basics, Scrum methodology, OKRs, Business model canvas, Facilitation training, Design Sprint trainings, Certified Scrum Master trainings, Role-based leadership and Decision-making processes. We don’t help organisations motivate employees; we believe in intrinsic motivation, which has to be supported by transparency, accountability and autonomy of every single employee. We enable employees to use their knowledge and potential, and to decide and be responsible for their actions.
