We are SYF CONSULTORES, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Barcelona, Spain.

Our purpose is to support our clients through two main areas: recruitment and the management of training bonuses under the Tripartite Foundation (FTFE). We act as an organizing entity and handle all administrative procedures. We help minimize training costs by aligning training with the requirements of the Continuing Training Bonified system. We know the law in depth and stay up to date with FTFE inspection requirements. We provide solutions to the company's training needs and programs, and we assist in identifying and selecting suitable training providers for each case. We operate on a success basis, with our fees linked to the results obtained in managing the client's training credit. We also manage Individual Training Permits (PIF), in addition to the training credit available.

We deliver our services through a partnership approach with our clients. In recruitment, we act as partners in identifying the talent that matches their stated demand. We advise on job profile descriptions and salary offers aligned with market conditions and the responsibilities of the position, and we guide the final decision. In the training area, we serve as an organizing entity for training bonuses and handle all administrative procedures. We help minimize training costs by adapting training to the requirements of the Bonified Continuing Training system, and we assist in finding and selecting optimal training providers for each case. We stay informed of the applicable law and FTFE inspection requirements to ensure compliance. We operate on a results basis, with fees tied to outcomes in managing the client's training credit. We also manage PIFs in addition to the available training credit.
