Talent 2020 Consultancy is a privately held Talent Consultancy Services and Assessment Solutions provider operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon.

We help organizations align their people with their business strategies through a combination of insights, education, and development. We focus on delivering services that build and sustain long-term client relationships.

We are the licensee of the Predictive Index (PI) in Lebanon and Egypt, enabling us to offer assessments that measure personalities as well as work-related behavior and motivating needs. We work with PI Worldwide as our business partners. PI Worldwide, founded in 1955, has grown to 45 member firms and 400 experienced consultants dedicated to our clients’ success. It delivers more than 2 million assessments each year in 70 languages, including Braille, and its solutions are used in 142 countries.

Our specialties include Talent Acquisition and Development, Change Management, Sales Influencing and Productivity, and Coaching.

We operate in Lebanon and Egypt, with headquarters in Beirut and a presence anchored in these regions through our partnership with PI Worldwide.

We are part of the PI Worldwide ecosystem, which was founded in 1955 and has grown to 45 member firms and 400 experienced consultants dedicated to client success.
