We are Talent Agency, a self-employed staffing and recruitment organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Trollhättan, Sweden.

We operate a competence-based recruitment process for both recruitment and staffing. The method focuses on the personal qualities required by the position. The defined profile is followed throughout the recruitment process. We provide ongoing information during the process and determine how involved we will be in the recruitment process.

As a complement to the competence-based interview, we may, in some cases, also use occupational psychology tests. This provides measurable and objective data that gives a better picture of the candidate's suitability and the basis for our decisions in the selection process.
