We are Talent & Impact, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Paris, France.

We are a Social and Solidarity Economy organization and a Mission-driven company, a human resources consulting firm dedicated to societal transition. Our purpose is to contribute to the virtuous development of impact organizations by bringing a new perspective and connecting engaged people to make work more meaningful in service of the challenges of the 21st century.

We specialize in recruiting executives and senior managers, and we work with actors in the Social and Solidarity Economy, social entrepreneurs, impact funds, and engaged companies (mission-driven or B Corp certified).
