Talent Support

Talent Support is a self-owned staffing and recruiting organization. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Munich, Germany.

We aim to support companies with recruitment and active sourcing on an interim basis. From start-ups to large corporations, we accompany companies in their growth and provide targeted support for HR departments. Our interim service is complemented by an Active Sourcing as a Service Model, which is designed to work as part of our clients' internal recruiting teams and to fill the applicant pipeline in a targeted and efficient way. We also connect international candidates with companies based in Germany, creating a solution for filling the numerous vacancies there.
