Talentos Únicos is a self-owned company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1997 and are headquartered in Bogotá–Chía, Colombia.

We are a human resources management consultancy. We believe that effective leadership is built by setting an example and by creating growth and development opportunities for ourselves and for those with whom we work. We provide our clients with the support they need to develop and strengthen the skills required to guide and train staff.

We support clients from different sectors and geographic locations in implementing their talent development projects. To achieve this, we work closely with them and adapt or develop products and services to meet their needs.
